Why does my computer keep creating a folder?

My computer created a folder named ';jkjkjkjkjk'; and it's empty. So I deleted it. Then a week later it was back again. So I deleted it. It seems that it creates this file when my computer is shut off improperly. But not every time. Why is it doing this? Do I have a virus or something?Why does my computer keep creating a folder?
