Where can I get a partition creating tool free?

I need to create a partition for Microsoft windows vista, but I cant find any good tools to use to create and resize partitions.


I want to be able to create a second partition that ts 60 gigs and leave my windows Xp at 60 gigs, thus splitting it in two pieces. I have a 120 gig hard drive. I just need to software!Where can I get a partition creating tool free?
if you have a hp system the partition creating tool is on the recovery cd you restart the system with your recovery cd in the drive and you click on create partition and this is done verry fast and easy with hp -systems .. now if you dont have a hp system then you can try partition magic not sure if that is free . the eays way would be too install vista on too a back up hard driveWhere can I get a partition creating tool free?
