Like economy's and government's, we made the problems and we are the only ones to fix them so why do we make them in the first place?Why do we keep creating problems that we like to fix?
Because politicians don't care if they create problems, they just want votes and they get them any way they can.
Citizens don't care if they create problems, they just want ';programs'; and they want them NOW.

so we are lead to believe there are no other options and mistakes is a part of life, its crap
to learn not to do it again.
You never learn if you dont try something.
