What is the best programming language for creating a database?

Databases r created and manipulated with SQL , which is not a programming language but a declarative language . However, u can do that with PHP, Perl, Python , etc programming languages but even in this case will be using SQL inside the code of these programming languages What is the best programming language for creating a database?
PHP %26amp; MySQL

Go to freeserifsoftware.com and then download the web design plus and that works pretty good and then go to coffeecup.com and download their HTML editor under free stuff and it is all free...

Creating hyperlinks from 1 document to others that may be revised later:How can I automatically update links?

    - The document will be written in Word and later converted to text-readable PDF (by necessity).

    - Each revision of every document I'm linking to will be stored in the same folder, and their filenames will be similar. For example the link to ';XYZ R01'; will have to be updated to ';XYZ R02';.

Many Thanks.Creating hyperlinks from 1 document to others that may be revised later:How can I automatically update links?
It can't be done the way you envision it. Instead, name your current document XYZ. When revisions are made, save this ';original'; with a different name (such as XYZ 3_10_2007) Then overwrite the original with the latest revision, keeping the same file name. Your hyperlink will therefore continue to point to the latest revision of your form, and you will have a list of past revisions, already sorted by date (or you can use R01, R02, etc. for old versions if you like).

The key is to keep the latest and greatest revision with the same file name as the original marked in your hyperlink. Use the ';save as'; feature to keep all previous revisions with different file names.

As an alternative, you can have your hyperlink point to a folder containing all revisions, or to a second form that has hyperlinks to all revisions.Creating hyperlinks from 1 document to others that may be revised later:How can I automatically update links?
As long as you keep the names the same, and in the same folder relative to your document, you should be fine. ( test in advance).

I would also check the link feature.

It should be availabel in Word and Adobe Acrobat.

    I hope this helps !
get office 2007 it'll do it automatically

Will the Facade that Obama is creating to look like the New Camelot work in his favor? Isn't this so obvious?

Is Having Caroline Kennedy on board to help choose his running mate,a ploy to link him to a JFK like Bid for the Office? Is this really a smart tactic? Will the Facade that Obama is creating to look like the New Camelot work in his favor? Isn't this so obvious?
It's funny, most of the people who voted for him are too immature and young to remember JFK to begin with. And their voting for Obama obviously shows they fell asleep in Political Sciences class.

don't forget to bulid the wall 30 foot high so we can't escape and no-one can get in,and when we're all queing up in line for bread and clotted cream you can then bask in your own ineptness.,
Is that why you raised the stakes in 'Russian donor' affair and Alistair Darling declines to rule out Lloyds nationalisation at G7 meeting
I think you should seperate the white people %26amp; the black people too, would prevent racism.

    ...racism is bad.
Brilliantly so far,,if only we all shared your dream,
    you're well on your way

What do you think of people creating new names for their children?

I'm just glad my parents gave me a normal one! What do you think of people creating new names for their children?
i'd say they feel like they are very ordinary and they don't like it, so they're trying to make their kid special by giving it a not so common name.

i generally feel sorry for people with incredibly long and impossible-to-remember kinda names.

i was lucky, mine's short and sweet. just the way i like it!What do you think of people creating new names for their children?
i think it borders on child abuse really. imagine being called moonbeam or shanuki or sumthin stupid when u reach 80! stupid names arent so bad when the kids r young but they dont stay kids 4ever! what happened 2 the good old days of strong names like john and betty?? the world has gone mad dear
My parents give me a unique name which people can immediately know who I am. It sounds weird in western countries but acceptable in Asia.

My professors usually stop for a while and read my name. =D

    yeah, seriously!

    i feel embarrassed for them
    *Sigh*

why do I have to be the one with a wierd name?

    Makes me angry
there's a kid in my town named yurmajesty. i think it's silly.

What is the future possibility of creating an engine that can split molecules and then bond them again?

To create energy? For example, a FCV needs hydrogen tanks. Can we make a machine that can pull the hydrogen from water and store hydrogen that way? Would the energy made from the FCV engine be greater than the energy required to pull the hydrogen from the water? What is the future possibility of creating an engine that can split molecules and then bond them again?
Sounds like perpetual motion. I'm sure that the energy required to split the molecules is at least as much as that released when they recombine. The only advantage would be if you used waste heat or solar power to produce the fuel, and then put that in your fuel cell.

You know people have been looking at Hydrogen power seriously for at least 30 years and we still aren't using it. Hydrogen is not very easy to or efficient to store. Do some research on hydrogen storage. If you can work that out, generating the hydrogen won't be a problem. What is the future possibility of creating an engine that can split molecules and then bond them again?
No, the energy required for electrolysing or some how dissociating water into hydrogen will be more than the energy which is released during the recombination, since no process is 100 per cent efficient.
Zero sum game. The energy to split molecules will be equal to the energy gained from joining them together again, minus the friction (entropy) that happens in the process. We're all screwed and we're all going to wear out and die.

The only really efficient way to deal with this stuff is to get out of the chemical reaction realm and into the controlled fusion reaction game. Lotsa money there. Lotsa power. End of line for Middle East Oil.
    YES.
What it sounds like you'd like to do is to split water into hydrogen and oxygen and then combine these again in a fuel cell to get electricity and then roll silently down the California highway whilst creating no CO2.

You can split water with an electric current, and that'll give you hydrogen and oxygen. But when you combine these gases, you'll get less energy than you used to separate them. For one thing, there's no way to split water without heating it, and that heat is invariably lost.

So that power has to come from somewhere; and it ain't gonna be the sun, not for a very long time, if ever. Solution to a pollution-free automobile: take the train.
HM sounds like your talking about cold fusion . What you would have to do is rearrange the molecules around an atom and create helium this can be accomplish with a glue on field which they all ready have . Look in the web for ( Nano Detonators )
